[Bug?][Beta .40] Cannot select Soil Enhancement or Terraforming on class 15 planet Posted on Monday, August 18, 2014 Is there a cap in place in the beta so that you can't improve a class 15 planet? I have one and cannot select either soil enhancement or terraforming plant on that planet, even though they work on other planets.
