Planets 'Approval' rating isn't being applied until the next turn, which is making it really difficult to see the effects. I'm thinking it's supposed to update in real-time and apply to the same turn, not to the following turn. IE if I bottom out my approval to 0, I see no change in production or growth that turn, but during the NEXT turn the results of 0 approval appear.
You can set up a burst of production this way, but it's confusing because the tooltip for 'approval' is not showing the bonus that will be applied that turn.
