Under Industrial Specializations in the technology screen. There are two lines under the "unlocks" block and they both say "manufacturing cost -5%" I was wondering if it suppose to be -10% or only one -5% line. I would post a screen shot but I was having trouble uploading it. If you would like it please let me know how to better post a screen shot.
