Can humans reproduce with Altarians? this forum sparked the question. Posted on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 Well the title says it all, I can't think of any two species that look alike that can't mate. And if you look alike most of you genes are too so the odds if not being compatible are slim...even with blue skin. Really this is a serious post. DARCA.
