I cannot attend the stream and had a question.
I love the designs on ships and simply want to change the load-outs and use the existing templet.
In GCII we had a 'focus' slider that let me tell the AI designer how much of each armament & defense to place on ships limited by known tech. For example I like my ships to have equal amounts of all defenses with one weapon type, until I meet another civilization and can react to them.
Will we see a return of the 'focus' sliders?
