What did I do.
Steam and InSSider will not work unless I run them in Safe Mode with networking.
This happened after I ran a program to optimize my autorun.
I am not pulling out my hair for I have an image from 12 days ago. Just because of stuff like this I keep images.
I would prefer to find out what was done and fix it. The challenge.
Any ideas would be welcome.
I have already tried reinstalling Steam and updating my Java, Flash and Shockwave.
I have also gone through my services using Wise Care 365.
Some setting somewhere was changed, just which one mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
