One thing lost with the introduction of starports is the ability to choose how many colonists or troops to populate colony ships and transports.
And, has anyone figured out yet where these people are coming from? Are they all coming from one planet? Which one? Or are they coming from all of the sponsoring planets equally or proportionally to what the population is on each sponsoring planet or ????
