Well, after all this time I have a text problem, but by the appearance, it doesn't look like a graphics issue. One project in one colony's production queue has what looks like a formula high in the turns left column and a number low in the same field.
Edit: I find I am no longer able to insert BMP pictures here.
Save/restore of the game does not clear the text up.
Edit2: I can recreate this at will by upgrading a completed "missionary center" to a "Enlightenment Institute". Since the missionary center takes twice as many turns to complete than the enlightenment institute the number of turns would calculate to a negative number.
