0.0.2.0 - Survey ship on survey doesn't use up move points after anomaly

When a survey ship on auto survey examines an anomaly and still has move points left, it doesn't use up the remaining move points, and the "next turn" button is allowed to show up.

EDIT: This is on 0.0.2.0, but I think it also happened on build 1.
