I searched on this but could not find it. I recently played a game where I put everything into research. Unfortunately, once I had researched everything, it still wants me to select a technology to research, but with no future technology to research just to continue research, you can not end your turn and your game comes to a complete halt.
You need to put in some future techs for alpha
