So, nowhere in the description does the Cloning Institution say anything about research, but if you check the bottom of the mouse over tool-tip, it apparently gives a big research bonus. Is that intended? It seems weird for a building to give a bonus to a certain stat, but ONLY when boosted by a neighboring building (or anything else that boosts a building)...
