Can't upgrade certain buildings Posted on Friday, March 28, 2014 Next bug! Not much point in a photo on this one.... Market center upgraded to a trade center no problem (hooray), but the trade center can't upgrade to a Colonial Bank (booo). I think that's about it (haven't check much else yet though).
