Greetings! First of all! I must say, that this alpha didn't crashed at all! IDK how you did it guys. 
I wish all Alphas would be stable as this one!
But the first things first, I think that you should work on now, as I believe of course, towards attack animations, it will give an instant boost to a fun factor! (Yeah, I read about the state of alpha is in no fun phase, but still, I got some of it, and wish to be able to have more. 
)
Then some basic diplomacy states, like just short communications and three states with NPC's, at war, neutral and friendly.
It will give us some little more enjoyment during testing phases.
